There have been many who have signed up for the Massages for both before and after the race who have asked questions about the massages available.  Here is a run down of the fees for massages that will be performed for the Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Mon of race weekend. 

Massages (deep tissue and swedish) will be $1/minute for services.  ie. an hour massage will run you $60

Active Release Techniques (ART) will be $2/min and will be assessed by the doctor or physical therapist before the procedure to determine which structures need to be addressed.

The day of the race we will be offering massages after the racers cross the finish line,  this will be at no cost to the participants.
